1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of bluemeridian.ai (the "site"), operated by Blue Meridian Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, company number 17272049 ("Blue Meridian", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we do

Blue Meridian is a charter curation and introduction service. We help you identify yacht charters and private aviation options and we introduce you to the operators, owners, central agents and brokers who provide them. Yacht charters are arranged under industry-standard agreements (such as MYBA terms) with the relevant owner or operator. Flights are performed by licensed air carriers; where you proceed with a flight, your contract for carriage is with the operating carrier, not with Blue Meridian.

3. Search results, pricing and availability

Information shown on the site — including vessels, aircraft, availability, estimated flight times and pricing — is indicative and provided as a guide only. It does not constitute an offer. All options are subject to confirmation by the relevant operator or owner, to contract and to availability at the time of booking. Final pricing may differ from guide pricing based on routing, dates, positioning, fuel, taxes, fees and operator terms.

4. AI-assisted features

The site uses AI to interpret your written brief and suggest options. AI-generated interpretations and matches may be imperfect. They are a starting point for our concierge service, not advice or a guarantee of suitability or availability.

5. Acceptable use

• You may use the site only for lawful purposes and genuine enquiries.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security or data, or to scrape or harvest content or data from it.
• You must not submit information that is false, misleading or infringes anyone else's rights.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including the Blue Meridian name, marks, design, illustrations and text — are owned by or licensed to Blue Meridian Technologies Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written consent, other than viewing the site for personal use.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, the site is provided "as is": we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of the site. Charter and carriage services are provided by the relevant operators and owners under their own terms, and responsibility for performing those services rests with them.

9. Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when these terms were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
